New CBD Balm For Period Pain Could Be The Answer For Women

January 11, 2018

With countless new CBD products hitting a more or less virgin market  in 2017, an all-new CBD balm for period pain could be the biggest thing for women in 2018…

CBD was used in many different forms in 2017, by millions of people looking to relieve their chronic pain symptoms, migraines or just for that added sense of wellbeing. The fact is that CBD is guilty by association, due to its big brother THC which makes you high, but those in the know, including many holistic doctors and nutritionists, are confident that CBD has no such heady effects, and is purely medicinal.

Sure there were a bunch of new period products last year, and over the past few years. From organic tampons to specially made underwear, many women have tried just about everything to ride themselves of those horrible, debilitating monthly cramps.

However, one company think they’ve got the edge, with their brand new product which is a CBD-infused Rub Balm, made by by Whoopi & Maya. Their rub contains a proprietary blend of CBD isolate with what they call ‘antispasmodic herbs’ intended to reduce cramping. The CBD rub also contains white willow bark and is made from a soft beeswax base.

Both Whoopi Goldberg and Maya Elisabeth, who own the company, hope that 2018 will be the year that their Rub Balm makes it big, in an ever-expanding CBD industry.

Originally launched in California in 2016, the line expanded to Colorado in November of last year. Will it be coming to a boutique near you soon? Founders Whoopi Goldberg (which other Whoopi were you thinking of?) and cannabinoid entrepreneur Maya Elisabeth have plans to expand widely. Here’s hoping 2018 is the year of your best period yet.
