Looking for a line of quality CBD products with appealing packaging, great taste, total transparency, and diversity?

You’ll definitely want to take a look at Envy CBD.

This California based company offers a relatively expansive line of CBD products, without going overboard.

The team behind Envy CBD understands just how important transparency truly is when it comes to CBD products. In an industry that’s so far been highly unregulated, there are countless companies selling CBD products that don’t deliver what they claim.

Envy CBD isn’t one of them.

Envy CBD: “Trust-Traceability-Transparency”

Embracing the process of farm to table manufacturing, Envy CBD products are created with the highest quality standards of single-origin production.

From cultivation to extraction and manufacturing, Envy CBD products embrace quality control from the moment a single seed is planted in the ground to the moment the final product is shipped to your door.

Quality Farming and Extraction Practices

The hemp used to source Envy CBD products is grown on farms in Colorado, Oregon, and Minnesota using sustainable, organic cultivation practices.

With Envy CBD, you’re getting a non-GMO product that is free of pesticides and grown with the highest standards.

Once hemp has been harvested, Envy CBD employs an ethanol extraction method.

Once the CBD has been extracted from the plant, Envy’s products are created in an ISO-6000 and GMP-certified lab.

What exactly does this mean?

Basically, it ensures that you’re getting the highest quality product available.

ISO labs regulate the air purity during the manufacturing process and are used widely in pharmaceutical purposes to safeguard that a minimal amount of particles are present in the air at the time of production.

To become ISO certified, several factors must be considered including air quality, room temperature and pressure, air intake and exhaust, filtration units, and more.

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certification is a system that ensures products are consistently produced and controlled using quality standards.

GMP practices are recognized by the FDA as regulations that require a quality approach to manufacturing, ultimately protecting the consumer from purchasing a dangerous or inadequate product.

When it comes to CBD, GMP certification is about as close as you can currently get to approval from the FDA that the product you’re using is safe and manufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards.

How does Envy CBD stand up to the countless other CBD companies in the current marketplace? Let’s take a deeper look.

Envy CBD Products

CBD Tincture

Envy CBD carries CBD tincture in three different flavors:

  • Strawberry Watermelon
  • Double Apple
  • Orange
Envy CBD Flavors

Each tincture is available in three different milligram strengths:

  • 250mg ($39.99)
  • 500mg ($59.99)
  • 1000mg ($99.99)

Following is our honest take on each.

Envy CBD Strawberry Watermelon Tincture

Talk about taste!

Envy CBD’s Strawberry Watermelon CBD Tincture’s flavor borders on perfection.

Not overwhelmingly sweet but instead simply flavorful with a flawless blend of strawberry and watermelon.

With the stevia, you get a hint of sweet that makes this tincture reminiscent of strawberry-watermelon bubblegum. We personally think it would be awesome added to a strawberry smoothie.

Envy CBD Double Apple Tincture

Hard apple candies are the first thing that came to mind when we tried Envy CBD’s Double Apple Tincture.

Again, the flavor isn’t overwhelming sweet but just right. A dropper full taken sublingually was smooth when swallowed, with a welcoming apple aftertaste that lingered for a few minutes afterwards.

Envy CBD Orange Tincture

Fresh orange flavor is what you’ll find in Envy CBD’s Orange CBD Tincture.

Of the three flavors, we found this the only one to have a slight natural flavor, albeit extremely subtle.

Like the others, there is a slight aftertaste when taken sublingually. The flavor itself tasted just like fresh oranges.

Added to your morning juice, you might not even notice it was in there.

Envy Oil Tincture

We’ve reviewed several CBD products and know quality when we come across it.

Not only are Envy CBD tinctures quality to our trained eye, but they offer the lab results to prove it, easily accessible on each separate product page.

The golden amber color of each tincture is a clear indication of the superior quality of this oil. CBD oils that are darker in color have typically gone through less processing and often still contain “unwanted” (depends who you ask) extras such as chlorophyll and more.

CBD oils that are on the clearer side have typically gone through additional processing that often strips other beneficial compounds like terpenes and flavonoids from the final product, taking away from the full spectrum benefits of the entourage effects.

CBD oils that are a golden amber are considered some of the highest quality you can find.

One thing we did notice is that Envy says on their website that their products contain “0.00% THC.”

We took a look at their lab reports and found that while the amount of THC in their product is below the legal amount of 0.3%, there are trace amounts of THC in each of their tinctures.

Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind for individuals looking for a product that has gone through additional processing to remove all traces of THC.

If you have any doubts about the THC levels in the Envy’s CBD products, make sure to contact Envy CBD’s customer service team.

Envy CBD Gummies

Like most people, we’re big fans of CBD gummies and couldn’t wait to try the two varieties offered by Envy CBD, including:

CBD Original Gummies ($29.99)

Ingredients: Tapioca syrup, sugar, water, gelatin, agar, locust bean gum, sorbitol, natural flavor, citric acid, lactic acid, hemp extract, MCT oil, natural color.

CBD Sour Gummies ($29.99)

Ingredients: Tapioca syrup, sugar, water, gelatin, agar, locust bean gum, sorbitol, natural flavor, citric acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid, hemp extract, MCT oil, natural color.

Envy CBD Gummies

Each gummy contains 10mg CBD, with 20 gummies in each container. We found the flavor of the original gummies to be good and definitely felt that they worked quickly to relieve some muscle tension we were experiencing when we did try them.

To us, the sour gummies had a bit more flavor than the original gummy option. They didn’t contain an extremely sour taste, more like just a hint.

In our personal opinion, Envy Sour Gummies are where it’s at, and would undoubtedly purchase them again.

As you can see from the ingredients, Envy CBD gummies do contain gelatin, making them unsuitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Envy CBD Topicals

Envy CBD’s line of topicals deviates from the mainstream norm, something we can truly appreciate in a market that has become saturated with the same products offered by countless different companies.

Their diverse line of topical CBD products includes:

CBD Muscle Recovery Cream ($49.99)

Envy CBD Muscle Cream

We found this cooling cream to work quickly and effectively on our sore muscles following a particularly long beach run the day before.

Application was smooth and not at all too thick or sticky. This muscle recovery cream is made with menthol, so keep this in mind if you’ve got sensitivities.

CBD Relief Wraps 3-Pack ($39.99)

CBD Relief Wraps and Face Masks

These relief wraps were something new to us. They’re designed to be used on various areas of the body where you’re experiencing pain and discomfort, with each wrap containing 50mg CBD to target the chosen area.

Our area of choice happened to be an old snowboarding injury (broken hip) that now gives us pain and discomfort on a daily basis.

What did we find? That we want to keep these relief wraps on stock.

Not only did we experience a significant decrease in the chronic pain we experience daily, but these wraps worked quickly to provide the surprisingly strong relief they did.

CBD Face Mask 3-Pack ($29.99)

At CBD School, we’re no strangers to self-care. Envy CBD’s face masks offer the perfect excuse to indulge in the self-care we believe everyone should make a priority in their lives.

Per the directions on the package, we washed and toned our faces before applying the two-piece mask to our face.

After leaving in on for a full 30 minutes, we removed it and massaged the remaining serum into our face. Honestly, once it dried, we found a noticeable difference in both the appearance and feel of our skin.

Yes, we would 100% use it again.

CBD Soothing Balm ($39.99)

Envy CBD’s soothing balm is specially formulated with CBD and other ingredients to “spot-treat troublesome areas of the skin.”

It contains 200mg of CBD, as well as 25 other active ingredients that can help smooth and protect the skin against the elements.

We didn’t try this particular product, so we can’t give our opinion on it. If Envy CBD’s other products are any indication of their soothing balm, we’re sure it’s a high-quality product that can be trusted to work as its intended.

CBD Face Cream ($39.99)

Envy CBD Face Cream

Envy CBD’s face cream is designed to noticeably reduce the signs of aging, while moisturizing and soothing the skin.

While we didn’t use it long enough to notice our skin look any more youthful, we did find it to be a nice facial moisturizer and appreciate some of the natural ingredients it’s made with.

It’s a bit thicker than other face creams we’re accustomed to, but soaks into the skin nicely without a greasy after feel.

CBD Body Lotion ($34.99)

Envy CBD Body Lotion

Envy’s apple-scented CBD body lotion contains 100mg CBD per 50ml bottle.

It’s not too thick, absorbs easily into the skin, and made our skin feel soft and subtle.

Designed by Envy to “restore the skin to its natural beauty and glow,” it also contains other proprietary ingredients beneficial for skin and inflammatory conditions.

Envy CBD Bath Bombs

We love, love, love tossing a CBD bath bomb into the bath.

Not only do they make a bath feel like even more of an indulgence, but feel that every time we use them we’re even more relaxed than a normal bath makes us feel.

Envy CBD has three bath bomb options, each containing 50mg of CBD and a blend of various ingredients:

Envy CBD Bath Bombs

Peace CBD Bath Bomb ($14.99)

Made with orange and lavender to help alleviate stress, anxiety, and help unwind at the end of the day.

 Comfort CBD Bath Bomb ($14.99)

Made with orange and lemon for a natural full body detox.

 Serenity CBD Bath Bomb ($14.99)

Made with lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint to promote soothing rest and relaxation.

We soaked in a warm tub with each and will absolutely return to this product again and again.

Envy CBD Pet Products

Envy CBD hasn’t forgotten about your furry friends! They’ve designed their product line with pet lover’s in mind and have a couple options for your canine or feline companions:

CBD Bacon Flavored Tincture ($39.99)

CBD Bacon Flavored Pet Treats (Currently Sold Out – at time of writing)

Final Thoughts on Envy CBD

Overall, we’re impressed with Envy CBD.

Their products are quality (with third party lab results to prove it), they’re transparent in their approach to business, and they truly seem committed to providing a product consumers can trust.

We found their website inviting, easy to navigate, and full of all the information anyone new to the world of CBD might find useful.

Would we use Envy CBD again? Absolutely.

Cannabis policy changes in Africa are welcome. But small producers are the losers by Clemence Rusenga

Cannabis is a drug crop with a long history in Africa. Alongside coca and opium poppy, it has been subjected to international control for nearly a century. The International Opium Convention of 1925 institutionalised the international control system and extended the scope of control to cannabis. In 1961 a new international convention was adopted to […]

University of Sydney to Offer Free Cannabis Testing by Johnny Green

The University of Sydney is launching a fairly robust study in an attempt to, as the university describes it, “investigate cannabis consumption, behaviours, and attitudes among users.” Part of the study involves offering free, anonymous cannabis testing for people that cultivate their own cannabis in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Cannabis was decriminalized in 2020 in the […]
